   Swedish Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup milk
salt
pepper
1 pound ground beef
bread cubes
 (enough to soak up the liquid)
flour
cooking oil
2 cans stewed tomatoes

 In a bowl, mix the eggs and milk with fork. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.  Make the meatballs about the size of an egg.  Roll in flour, and  place in large frying pan that has about 1/2 inch of cooking oil in it.  Fry on medium/low heat till brown. Add stewed tomatoes and more salt if needed and simmer about 2 hours.   Serve with buttered noodles .
