 Sweet Potato and Apple  Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:

17 Ounce Can of Sweet Potatoes
1 Large Courtland or Rome Apple
Brown Sugar
Butter

Butter a 1 quart casserole dish. Add the canned sweet
potatoes (which have been drained and cut in half)
Add the apple (which has been peeled and sliced)
Sprinkle Brown sugar over all and dot with butter.
Bake at 350 degrees for abour 45 minutes, until apples
are soft.
