
Uncooked Cranberry Relish Recipe
Ingredients: 2 cups fresh cranberries 1 large orange 3/4 cups sugar Rinse cranberries and chop. Peel the orange, and chop. Add the sugar and mix well. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. You can also add a Chopped Granny Smith Apple to this recipe for a different flavor. You can do this recipe in a food processor, or chop by hand. Simple and goes well with Turkey.
