Recipe for Whipped Cream Cake

   Whipped Cream Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
1 Cup Heavy Cream
1 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1-1/2 Cups Cake Flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla

Be sure to triple sift the dry ingredients before adding to the bowl!!
Chill your bowls and beater beforehand. In a bowl, whip the cream, but not too stiffly..Now, add the sugar, and whip it again. Add the eggs, and whip again. Add the triple sifted ingredients and the vanilla. You can use a round or square cake pan. Grease the pan first. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35-45 minutes. A very light and fluffy cake if done properly.  Using a hand mixer makes light work of this..  Do not use a blender.
