White Cake Recipe

Recipe for White Cake

Ingredients:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar

pinch salt
  1cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon melted butter


In bowl, beat eggs until light and add sugar and salt and
beat some more.  Then add 1 cup flour, baking powder, extract and beat until well mixed.  Add 1/2 cup milk and melted butter.  Mix well.  Bake in greased cake tin at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.   Recipe by Catherine Phelps
